The Eureka Leasing Brochure

When Larson Realty needed a leasing brochure they came to us to create one that was expandable and timeless. The Eureka was in the Detroit Opera Theatre cultural area when it wasn’t yet fully gentrified. Early in the game, they wanted to attract the urban early adopter renter and had a unique property that was ahead of its time. They commissioned a portrait of the building by the fine artist Steve Magsig to be used on the cover of the folder. Inside inserts outlined amenities, location and floorplans.
