Each year The Kresge Foundation in Southeastern Michigan creates a monograph accompanying their Eminent Artist $50,000 grant. The annual award honors an exceptional artist in the visual, performing or literary arts for lifelong professional achievements and contributions to metropolitan Detroit’s cultural community.

This publication, created with the help of the winning artist is hoped to be a lasting record of their accomplishments and life’s work.
